Ecuador

I went on this trip with Karin, who was invited by her old friend Whitney, who was married to Chris, who was from Ecuador. We traveled the country with Chris’ mother and aunt, staying at their apartment in the capital, Quito, and their farm in Santo Domingo, near the coast, where we rode horses through their banana groves. We traveled through the central valley to the markets and cities that specialized in wood carvings, or denim jeans.
